Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the ExportDirect.us website and the My Mobile App mobile application (the "Service") operated by SITESCAPES LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases/Orders

Orders are not binding  until accepted by Seller. The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.

Return Policy
Will be issued if Seller is thoroughly convinced that the claim is valid. The “customer” must notify Seller within 24 hours of receiving the goods that there is a claim. Failing to do so will result in wavering the right to claim. The customer must state what the reason for the claim is and must document that claim. Only a written claim that is received in the Seller offices within 24 hours of  received  shipment  at the location of the customer  will be processed. Only a  claim that has been e-mailed, and a  written confirmation from Seller that the claims has been received by Seller, will be considered eligible for a refund. The claim must reach Seller at  Seller Customer Service to the e-mail listed on your Invoice.

The customer must not use, resale, give away or discard the claimed goods, and must be willing to show the damaged goods, in order for the claim to be valid. Not complying with  this policy will waiver the customers right for a refund or partial refund. Seller will consider a refund or a partial refund in accordance with Seller policy of refunding claims.  To qualify for a hassle-free return, you must pay with PayPal and have the item shipped to a US address. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, all returns will be charge 20% restocking fee.

Electronic items are not returnable unless it has a 10 days return notice on the listing.

Check payment policy
Seller will not accept a cashiers check or money order. Seller will accept personal or business checks up to $1,000 subject to verification. Seller will accept personal and business checks for prepay orders, but allow 21 business days for clearing.

Credit Cards
Credit card charges are processed online after ordering the products. Time of shipment is WITHIN 48 HOURS if received on Monday,  Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders received on Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be shipped according to availability of shipping possibilities.   Seller does not apply any surcharge for credit cards.

PayPal

We accept "PayPal"(We can only ship to CONFIRMED addresses, if you have an UNCONFIRMED address please chose a different method of payment or CONFIRM your address with "PayPal" prior to sending payment.   Seller will apply a surcharge of 2.9% for PayPal payments.
